Miss Julie isn’t the only one expecting a new addition to our Dance Concepts family.  Miss Cierra is pregnant with a baby boy!  She and her husband Nick are looking forward to their son being born in March.  He’ll be their first child.

Calling all ballerinas with at least one year pointe experience! There is a great training opportunity coming up at the University of Utah! Raymond Lukens, a faculty member of the American Ballet Theatre, and an Artistic Associate of the NYU Masters Program will be conducting a Masters Class on Friday April 20th starting at 4:30pm

This past weekend our competition team was in Logan at Utah Dance Fest.  It was an exciting weekend with a blooper or two but our dancers dealt with the obstacles with grace and put it some fantastic performances. Last weekend we took a few of our soloist to the Onstage New York competition at the Salt Palace.  We’re especially proud of Jenna Johnson for winning a special judge’s award recognizing her intensity while performing her solo.  This is Jenna’s 7th year with Dance Concepts and we’ve loved watching her go from a timid
