Fall is finally here! The mountains have changed colors, pumpkin spice is back and I am so excited to start wearing sweaters, long sleeves, and of course my DC Jacket!
Wear Your Halloween Costume to Dance
Dancers are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes to class from October 27th–30th! We’ll be adding some festive Halloween fun to our classes during that week. We’ll still be dancing, so don’t forget to bring your dance shoes. If your costume is bulky, restrictive, or warm, consider wearing dancewear underneath so you can easily change if needed.
TNT Clinic
Our next TNT is October 18th! This clinic is a Zombie-Themed weight-bearing class! Learn all about your center of gravity, balance, and how to utilize it in solo dance and in group choreography! This clinic can also be used for competiion team dancers’ class make-ups/early birds.

Saturday, October 18th 11:30-1:30pm. $20/per dancer.
Order your DC Warmup Jacket
Cooler weather is here, which means it’s time to pull out those cozy DC jackets! Show your studio spirit and twin with your dance friends, or grab one for an easy christmas gift for your dancer! You can place an order at the front desk or simply reply to this email. Jackets are available with or without a bow on the logo— you can choose the color!
Jackets are $55. You can also have your name embroiderd to the front for $10.
We have a few sample sizes at the front desk – just stop by and ask to try one on.
Word of the Month
October’s word of the month is Focus! When you bring focus to class, you absorb corrections faster, improve your technique, and get more out of every moment. Staying mentally present helps you grow not just as a dancer, but in all areas of life. Let’s channel our focus this month and see how far it can take us!
