Happy New Year! I hope all of your resolutions are holding strong and you’re enjoying the winter weather that finally showed up.
Upcoming Holidays
We are OPEN ons MLK day and Presidents day. We don’t want our Monday classes to be shorted, so we’ll be holding classes. It’s especially important for our competition team members to be in classes as we gear up for the competition season so please plan accordingly.
Costume Fees
Spring Costume fees will be charged on January 15th. Costumes for all First Steps, Petite Performers, Rising Stars and our 4-6 year old Hip Hop classes are $75. All other classes are $85. These costumes are yours to keep after the show and the ones you’ll wear for your class pictures!

Word of the Month: Energy
Our word of the month for January is Energy! We’re thinking about what kind of energy we’re bringing to class and asking dancers to do the same. The best dance classes happen when we all bring some positive energy to contribute.
Adult Class Schedule
If you haven’t tried out our adult class yet, you are missing out on a really good time! Plus it probably supports your New Year’s goals in some way 🙂 Come join us, Monday nights at 8:30. Drop in cost is just $10. No experience necessary, no performing, no expectations. We’ll be holding class the following evenings: Jan 15, 29, Feb 12, 26, March 11, 25, April 8, 22, May 6, 20
Competition Team News
Hey team members! We are getting so excited for our competition season to start!
Dress Rehearsal
Dress rehearsal for all of our competition teams is coming up February 17th. Please arrive at the studio at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time so that you can warm up and be sure you are ready. The full team meeting is for both dancers and parents. We’ll go over costume notes and anything you need to know before our first competition. Bring a sack lunch to eat with your friends! After the team meeting, when all of your dances have finished, you’re free to go.
