How have we already had our final full team competition this year??? This season has gone by so fast!
We were in Burley Idaho at Releve this weekend. This weekend was a long one, but we loved spending time with our team.
Friday solos went great. So many great scores and FOUR girls in the Overalls!

Saturday started out bight and early with our Levels 1 and 2 in an 8:00am master class. Taking a master class can be an intimidating thing, especially as a young dancer but our girls brought their A game. At the end of the class a handful of dancers were selected to perform the choreography from the class on stage at the Releve Rockout. We’re so proud of both Abby W. and Geneva for being selected! Later that day our older girls did master classes as well and two more, Betsy and Kaitlynn A, were chosen for the older Rockout!
Saturday night at awards we got to surprise Nevaeh with a loud, energetic, off key rendition of Happy Birthday. She’s been a key member of our team for so many years and we have loved watching her grow and progress as dancer and a person.
Our Level 5 team dance “The Seven” has been focusing on being better performers with more energy and facial expressions and they really came through this weekend. They were awarded Best Showmanship in the Senior Division!

Beyond the scores and other honors, this weekend we were especially proud of our Level 3 Team. We saw them really take responsibility for themselves and act with more maturity and cohesiveness. They warmed themselves up and started rehearsing their dances all on their own. Love you guys
Next weekend we’ll be taking The Seven, Goodbye, and Sun as well as some of our solos to Releve Nationals in Saratoga Springs. After that, look forward to auditions on May 5th!
