Last weekend we took a few of our soloist to the Onstage New York competition at the Salt Palace. We’re especially proud of Jenna Johnson for winning a special judge’s award recognizing her intensity while performing her solo. This is Jenna’s 7th year with Dance Concepts and we’ve loved watching her go from a timid little dancer to a soloist who can command the stage. Watch for her solo “Sail” choreographed by Julie Edison in the recital this spring.
