This is one of the most basic foot exercises we can do as dancers and is a great thing to be working on this summer.  It’s a simple exercise that everyone can benefit from.  We encourage all of you – from our little guys all the way through the top of Level 5 – to take a few minutes and make yourself a better dancer with stronger and more flexible feet.

If you don’t already have a resistance band at home you can get them from Amazon or sporting goods stores like Sports Authority.
